While Heatherdale Group Pty Ltd, trading as Braza Australia ensures the optimal performance of the site, you agree that you use this site at your own risk. You acknowledge that Heatherdale Group Pty Ltd is not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, viruses, communication line failure or damage to your computer system or network.

Termination

Heatherdale Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of, or access to, this site at any time, if Heatherdale Group Pty Ltd decides at its sole discretion that you have breached this agreement or any relevant rule or regulation or you have engaged in conduct that Heatherdale Group Pty Ltd considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable.

Refund Policy

Heatherdale Group Pty Ltd offers a gaurantee on all items as per our trading terms printed on the revers of all invoices. We require that the item be returned in original condition with all certificates and receipts originally accompanying the product.

Please be certain to carefully package up any goods sent back to us in the post and include a note explaining the reasons for your return.

Refunds are issued by way of cheque or credit voucher to the value of the refund. Please note Heatherdale Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to replace damaged goods prior to offering any refund.

Shipping Details

Heathrdale Group Pty Ltd will deliver items by way of couriers or Australia Post. We require a street address for all deliveries as we cannot deliver items to a PO Box.

Allow 14 working days for any deliveries within Australia. Items which may be temporarily out of stock will be back ordered and delivered within 5 working days of being back in stock.
